NTTあおもり はちのへ ビル（はちのへし かしわざき4-7-24）に、おおきい てっとう が あります。その てっとう が すこし こわれて いて、たおれる かもしれません。 とても あぶない ので、12月11日に、NTTあおもり はちのへ ビルから 50メートル より ちかい ばしょ の ひとは、にげて くださいという おしらせを だしました。

あぶない ばしょ から、いま すぐ にげて ください。てっとうに ちかづかないで ください。

Evacuation Order (December 11, 13:58)

Damage has been observed in a part of the steel tower located at the NTT East Hachinohe bld. (4-7-24 Kashiwazaki, Hachinohe City), and there is a risk of collapse. Therefore, an evacuation order has been issued for the area within a 50-meter radius of the NTT East Hachinohe bld., effective from 00:30 on December 11, 2025.

Please immediately evacuate from the affected area and do not approach the location.

Evacuation Target Area: Within a 50-meter radius of the NTT East Hachinohe bld.

Designated Evacuation Shelter: Kashiwazaki Community Center

12月9日から1週間（いっしゅうかん）くらいは、大（おお）きい地震（じしん）が起（お）こるかもしれません。今（いま）すぐ逃（に）げなくてもいいですが、地震（じしん）に備（そな）えて、次（つぎ）のことをやっておきましょう。

• 避難（ひなん）する場所（ばしょ）や道（みち）を、家族（かぞく）や周（まわ）りの人（ひと）と話（はな）しておきましょう。
• 地震（じしん）が起（お）こったとき、自分（じぶん）や家族（かぞく）が必要（ひつよう）なものを用意（ようい）しておきましょう。（たとえば：水（みず）、食（た）べ物（もの）など）
• 家具（かぐ）が倒（たお）れないように、固定（こてい）しておきましょう。

Notice Regarding Potential Major Aftershock Off the Coast of Hokkaido and Sanriku

Since December 9, Reiwa 7 (2025), a warning (Hokkaido-Sanriku-oki Major Aftershock Alert) has been issued. For about one week following the issuance of this alert, the possibility of a massive earthquake occurring is higher than usual.

While there is no immediate need to evacuate, please be thoroughly prepared for an earthquake by keeping the following points in mind:

• Reconfirm your daily earthquake preparations, such as: securing furniture, preventing window glass from shattering, avoiding placing objects in high places, preparing an emergency carry-out bag, confirming evacuation shelters, routes, and hazard maps, and establishing a method for checking the safety of family members.
• Check that smoke alarm batteries are not dead.
• Maintain a state of readiness for immediate evacuation, day or night, such as sleeping in clothes that allow you to flee quickly.
• Facility managers and operators should continue socio-economic activities while thoroughly reconfirming evacuation locations, routes, and guidance procedures, and ensuring that employees and facility users can immediately evacuate if they feel tremors or if a Tsunami Warning or similar is issued.
• The possibility of landslides and mudslides may be higher than usual in certain areas. Avoid approaching dangerous locations or buildings as much as possible.
• A Tsunami Advisory is currently in effect. Do not approach the coast or river mouths until the advisory is lifted.
