Aid for sewage removal costs due to tsunami damage

Due to the tsunami on March 11^th2011, we will provide aid for sewage removal costs for households with flooding damage to their sewage removal type toilets (kumitorishiki toilet).  

Households that have flooding damage to their floor 

• Disaster Victim Certificate (Copy)
• A receipt of the costs of sewage removal from a sewage removal company
• Personal Seal (hanko)
• Something that helps us know the applicants bank account number
