At Hachinohe City , in accordance with the Disaster Relief Act, we will provide clothing, bedding, and other goods essential for daily life for families affected by the disaster.

2. Eligibility

Those who have damages to their homes like those mentioned in the chart above are eligible. This includes those living in apartments and condominiums.

(attention)Those who have finished applying for the Natural Disaster Victims Relief System and those who are eligible for Hachinohe City Disaster Relief Money are also eligible for receiving daily necessities through the Disaster Relief Act, and do not need to apply.

3. How to buy daily necessities

At a later date we will deliver coupons to those eligible. Please take the coupons with you and use them directly at the store where you make your purchase. Furthermore, we will send information such as time limits, a list of stores where you can use the coupons and other details with the coupons when we mail them.

The coupons are printed for the [provision and loan of clothing, bedding and other goods essential for daily life] through the Disaster Relief Act, and cannot be used for any other purpose. If you sell or give these coupons to a third person, they become invalid.
